Perak start the night with an early goal from Carlos Caceres (2mins) but two goals from Azammudin Akil (38mins), Zamri Chin (42mins) deny Perak. Perak failed to make draw after Faizal Rashid save Carlos Caceres penalty on 78mins. With UPB MyTeam win, Perak stay at third position in Group C.

First leg Quarter final match will be held on 6^th August 2008 at home ground for Kedah, Selangor, UPB MyTeam and Trengganu. Perak will face Kedah this Wednesday and hoping to snatch an advantage goal before the second leg quarterfinal match.
